- Open the device management under Administration→ Devices.
You can filter your devices at the top left (upper arrow in illus.). A distinction is made between Android and iOS/iPadOS devices or managed and unmanaged devices. Unmanaged devices are all devices that have previously been removed from the administration portal, whose work profile has been deleted or which have been reset to factory settings and whose final removal is still pending.
With the help of the search function at the bottom left of the display (lower arrow in illus.) you can search in the listed devices according to a variety of criteria.
As well as simply searching for a certain device type, (e.g. iPod or Nexus) you can also search or filter for a range of different criteria.
- Do this by entering into the search input field, any of the filter names listed below with it’s following syntax:
filter name:<value>Note! At this stage, there is only support for entry of one filter with a single value. There is no combined search. Value entries are not case-sensitive.

| battery: | With this filter, you can display all devices with a defined battery charge state. The battery level must be entered as a percentage with a value 0-100. The value can be preceded by a “<” (less than) or “>” (more than). If there is no prefix included, then all devices with the given value will be displayed. Example: Have all devices displayed that have a battery level less than 60%: |
| contact: | You can use this filter to display devices based on the last contact they had with the Administration Portal. You can enter a search for a specific date. Additionally, you can have devices displayed that last had contact with the Administration Portal before or after a specified date. The date must be entered in the “en-US” format. Thus, for 17th June 2019, for example, use the following formats: 06.17.2019, 06/17/19 or 6.17.19. The value can be proceded by a “<” (before) or “>” (after). Example: Have all devices displayed that last had contact with the console before 17th June 2019: |
| contactdays: | You can use this filter to display devices based on the last contact they had with the Administration Portal. Here, you can set a specified number of days. The value can be preceded by a “<” (fewer than) or “>” (more than). Example: Have all devices displayed that last had contact with the Administration Portal more than 10 days ago: |
| group: | You can use this filter to display all the devices of users who belong to a specified group. Example: Have all devices displayed whose members are members of the group Sales: |
| imei: | You can use this filter to search for the whole or a part of the IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity). Example: Have all devices displayed that have an IMEI that contains the sequence 532: |
| os: | You can use this filter to display devices with a specified OS (operating system) (Android, iOS). Example: Have all devices displayed that use the Android operating system: |
| phoneno: | You can use this filter to search for the whole or part of the telephone number. Example: Have all devices displayed that have a telephone number that contains the number sequence 456: Note! The telephone numbers are displayed in the console just as they are stored in the individual devices. When searching for a telephone number, omit any area code prefixes. |
| removal: | You can use this filter to display all devices with the status: Device removal pending. No further value is required here. Example: Have all devices displayed whose removal from the console is not yet complete: |
| serialno: | You can use this filter to search for the whole or a part of the serial number. Example: Have all devices displayed that have a serial number that contains the sequence 6354: |
| simno: | You can use this filter to search for a complete or a part of a SIM card number. Example: Have all devices displayed that have a SIM that contains the number sequence 12345: |
| user: | You can use this filter to display all the devices a specified user. Currently, you can only do this by searching for all or a part of the user’s email address. Example: Have all devices displayed that have an email address that contains the name Max: |
| UDID: | You can use this filter to search for the UDID (Unique Device Identifier) with which Apple devices are provided. Example: |
