In the Cortado MDM you can get an overview of all your managed devices. A range of options are available to you, depending on the platform and the type of management.
You can also set up new devices. Administrators can access the Administration Portal by clicking the button at the bottom right.
Logging in when using Cortado MDM
Note! The user portal is only available for customers who have taken out a Pro plan subscription. The user portal is not required for setting up a new device. Simply set up your device here.
- Use your access data to log in to the user portal.
Logging in when using Cortado Server
- Open the link to the User Portal on your PC or mac that you received from your administrator via e-mail.
- When first selecting the link, a security warning reporting problems concerning the security certificate may appear. Ignore this notification and tap Continue.
- Log in with your username or e-mail address and domain password.
The user portal gives you an overview of all your devices registered for Cortado MDM. Here you can add new devices and check the status of your devices. You will be shown different options for each device, depending on whether you are using an iOS or an Android OS device and whether the device is privately or company-owned. For company-owned devices, there is also the question of whether the device is for business use only or for both business and private use.
Under Management Mode, (arrow in illus.) you can see what type of management is in place.
